Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Grow Your Scope, we’re committed to helping you learn and grow with confidence. We understand that sometimes plans change, and that’s why we’ve created a transparent and learner-first refund and cancellation policy.

1. Course Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds:

  • You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase and have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • If more than 7 days have passed, or you’ve accessed more than 20% of the course, no refund will be issued.
  • How to Request a Refund:
    Email us at support@growyourscope.com with your order number, course name, and reason for cancellation.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • No Questions Asked Guarantee:
  • We believe in our content. If you’re genuinely unsatisfied, reach out—we’ll do our best to make it right, whether that means a refund, credit, or course switch.

2. Subscription Cancellations (if applicable)
If you’ve subscribed to a membership or ongoing learning plan:

  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings.
  • After cancellation, you’ll continue to have access to all subscribed content until the end of your billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.

3. Event or Webinar Refunds
For live events, masterclasses, or webinars:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before the event are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event.

4. Course Transfer or Credit
If you’d prefer to switch to a different course:

  • Contact us within 7 days of purchase.
  • We’ll be happy to transfer your credit to another course of equal or lesser value, if eligible.

5. Exceptions & Special Cases
We understand life happens. If you have a personal emergency or extenuating circumstance:

  • Please reach out with context—we handle these cases with care and compassion.
