Scope for Teams
Your team won't just learn to work better. They'll prove they do.
Scope for Teams turns the invisible skills great teams run on — ownership, candour, trust, steadiness — into daily practice. Diya verifies each one is genuinely built. Real transformation, provable, not just attended.

The difference
Not training. Proof.
Most team development produces good intentions and attendance records. Scope produces a verified record of what your team can actually do.
Daily reps, not workshops
Two minutes each morning. Each person practises one skill, one day at a time. No intensive that evaporates by Thursday.
Checkpoints, not assessments
Each skill unlocks a practice-based checkpoint — not a quiz, not self-report. You can't claim the level; you demonstrate it.
A Fingerprint, not a score
A verified Culture Fingerprint your team earns at the end of each Expedition. A record of how the team works — ready for any room.
Structured journeys
A Team Expedition,
not a training programme.
Each Expedition is a structured 14–21 day journey built around one real outcome — something your team can actually arrive at. Five legs, each targeting one skill from the Culture Map. Daily reps, one team, one goal.
At the end of each leg, members complete a verified checkpoint. The Climb Line shows who finished — headcount only. You see the pattern. Not the person.
Privacy by design
Individual reps, reflections, and Diya conversations are private — always. Leaders see aggregate headcounts only.

What the verified record shows
Unusually broad high-confidence record for an individual contributor. Three Ownership-primary skills at Level 5 — Taking Ownership, Follow-Through, Focus. Judgment is the second signal: Decision-Making and Planning at L4. Candor is the named gap: no verified signal yet. Growth posture: Building (49%).
This language describes a verified record — not a verdict. A human reads it and decides.
The Evidence Pack
What your team
earns at the end.
When an Expedition closes, the result isn't a certificate. It's a verified Evidence Pack — each person's Culture Fingerprint, a narrative of what the verified record shows, and the credentials they earned through practice-based checkpoints.
Not self-reported. Not assessed by a peer. Independently verified — by scenario, by practice, by demonstrated mastery. The holder controls it. They share it on their terms.
For you as a leader: the org-level Culture Fingerprint shows where the team leads and where it grows next — with no individual data exposed.
Why we built it this way
Verified skills belong to the person.
Not the employer. Not us.
Scope is a neutral registry of proven human skill. An employee's Evidence Pack is theirs — they can take it to any future employer, any interview, anywhere. We designed it this way deliberately: so growth is never wasted.
Growth survives the job.
Most L&D dies when someone changes jobs. The training was real, but the proof stayed with the employer. Here, the credential is theirs. A verified Evidence Pack carries across companies, industries, and years. The work compounds — regardless of where they go next.
Both sides win by design.
The company benefits from a stronger, verified team. The person benefits from a credential that outlasts the job. That alignment is structural — we didn't bolt trust on. We built it in as the only way the system works. An employee who feels used doesn't train honestly.
Evidence is for the person, never against them.
Individual reps, reflections, and Diya conversations are always private — never employer-readable. Leaders see aggregate patterns only: headcounts, not people. The holder controls their Evidence Pack and decides what to share and with whom. No surveillance. No score cards. No rankings.
“Scope is not a tool a company deploys to monitor people. It is a registry where people build and hold their own proof — and employers benefit from the team they've genuinely developed.”
The design principle behind every feature
The method underneath
A measurable method,
not a wellness perk.
Scope sits on a patent-pending framework for how skills are chosen, sequenced, and verified. The app feels effortless. The rigour underneath is real.
