What the platform does
Everything your team needs
to build and prove real skill.
Seven capabilities, each designed to work together. The Culture Fingerprint is earned through verified practice, not self-report. The coaching is private by architecture. The credential belongs to the person.
01 · Culture Fingerprint
The seven-dimension
shape of your team.
Every team has a characteristic way of working. The Culture Fingerprint makes it legible — seven dimensions of human skill, each measured through verified practice. Not a personality test. Not a survey. A record of what the team has actually demonstrated.
The Fingerprint shows where the team leads and where it has room — framed always as opportunity, never deficiency. A team light on Candor has a clear next expedition. A team strong in Ownership has a foundation to build from.

02 · Capability Map
Depth and rigour.
For two different audiences.
The Capability Map sits behind the Fingerprint. It shows not just where the team is strong, but how confident the signal is — and for members, exactly which skills contribute to each dimension at which level.
Leaders see the aggregate: dimension-level strength across the team, with confidence tiers. Growth areas are framed as the next expedition to run — an informed decision, not a judgment on a person.
Each member sees their own verified detail — which skills they hold, at which level, with what confidence rating. No one else sees this. Not their manager, not HR. It's theirs to understand, to work on, and to share on their terms.
Confidence tiers
High-confidence skills: verified through practice-based checkpoints. Review-confidence skills: verified but with a flag worth a human look. The distinction is always visible to the member — it's a prompt for continued development, not a ceiling.
03 · Organizational Expeditions
The flagship.
A structured team journey.
An Organizational Expedition is a 14–21 day structured journey built around one real outcome your team is trying to reach. Five legs, each targeting one dimension of the Culture Map. One verified checkpoint at the end of each leg.
Every member practises privately each day — two minutes, one real action, one reflection. The Climb Line shows you the aggregate: how many members completed each leg. Never who, never how fast, never what they wrote.
On Business plans, multiple teams in one organisation run simultaneous Expeditions — Finance, Marketing, Product, each with its own manager and its own Climb Line, all visible in a single org-level dashboard.

What the verified record shows
Unusually broad high-confidence record for an individual contributor. Three Ownership-primary skills at Level 5 — Taking Ownership, Follow-Through, Focus. Judgment is the second signal: Decision-Making and Planning at L4. Candor is the named gap: no verified signal yet. Growth posture: Building (49%).
This language describes a verified record — not a verdict. A human reads it and decides.
04 · Evidence Pack
Person-owned.
Portable. Verifiable.
When an Expedition closes, the result isn't a certificate. Each person receives an Evidence Pack: their Culture Fingerprint, a narrative of what the verified record shows, and the credentials they earned through practice-based checkpoints. Not self-reported. Not peer-assessed. Verified through demonstrated practice.
The neutral registry
Scope is a neutral registry of proven human skill. An Evidence Pack belongs to the person who earned it — not the employer, not Scope. They take it to their next role, their next interview, anywhere. The proof is portable because growth should never be wasted when someone changes jobs.
The holder controls what they share and with whom. A shareable link. On their terms. Always.
For you as a leader: the org-level Culture Fingerprint updates when the team's verified record changes — showing where the team now leads, where the next expedition should go, and what you can honestly say about how your team works.
05 · Diya
The private coach.
Not employer-readable. Ever.
Diya is an AI coach powered by Claude. She reads the rep — the specific skill, the moment the person described, what they noticed — and gives a response shaped for that exact person, that exact day.
Her coaching reflects things back, names patterns, and prompts the next step. Not generic advice. Not a wellness bot. A coach who actually read what you wrote.
Every Diya conversation is private by architecture — it exists in a collection that no manager, HR admin, or employer role can access. Not a policy. A rule enforced in the system's security layer, the same as any other private data.
Diya coaches your managers, too
Diya also reads the team's aggregate Culture Fingerprint and Climb Line, and suggests the conversation to have or the Expedition to run next. She sees only the team's overall shape — never an individual's private practice. Coaching, not surveillance.
The safety spine
Diya carries a hard-coded safety protocol for distress signals — eating, movement, mental health, financial stress. She responds with care and routes toward real professional help. She never diagnoses, never advises on clinical matters, never reports a flag to the employer. The conversation stays between the person and Diya. No exceptions.

“What pulled your attention away from the plan today — and what did you do about it?”
You wrote
A Slack thread I got pulled into. I noticed it was happening, closed it, finished the proposal first. Came back to the thread an hour later — it had resolved without me.
Diya's read
You noticed the pull before it became a drift — that's the skill working. Returning an hour later and finding it resolved shows something important: your presence wasn't what the thread needed. The proposal was. That's a judgment call, not just discipline.
Never shared with your employer · not used in any report or score
06 · Privacy firewall
Not a setting.
A designed guarantee.
Privacy is the first-class feature that makes every other feature possible. An employee who suspects their reflections are monitored doesn't train honestly. Diya's coaching becomes performance management. The whole system breaks. So the firewall is structural — not a toggle, not a policy, not a promise.
Enforced in the security layer.
The collections that store reps, reflections, and Diya conversations have Firestore security rules that deny access to all employer roles. This is the same technical enforcement that protects any private data — not a UI restriction that can be bypassed.
Aggregate only, up the chain.
Everything a manager or HR admin sees is aggregate: headcounts in the Climb Line, dimension-level Fingerprint bars, org-level themes. No individual name is ever attached to a data point in the leader view. This is not a filtered view — it is genuinely all they have access to.
Evidence is FOR people, never used against them.
The verified record is the person's credential — not an employer's assessment tool. A manager cannot pull up a member's Evidence Pack. The member shares it when they choose to. In an appraisal. In a promotion conversation. In an interview. On their terms.
Questions about the privacy model?
We cover it in depth in every demo — how the rules are structured, what employees can verify for themselves, and what the employer can never access.
