Acceptable Use Policy — Scope for Teams

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what is and is not allowed when using Scope and Scope for Teams. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service (for individual users) and the Scope for Teams Master Services Agreement (for organisations).
2. You may not
- Use Scope for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Use Scope to monitor, surveil, evaluate for employment decisions, or take adverse action against individuals based on their individual practice, participation, or wellbeing signals. Individual practice content is not provided to the Customer by design, and attempting to use Scope for these purposes violates this AUP and the MSA non-surveillance commitment.
- Attempt to access another user's private practice content, reflections, or Diya conversations.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models.
- Manipulate, game, or falsify the verification process or credentials.
- Resell, sublicence, or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or malicious content or code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services.
- Exceed your licensed seat count or access.
- Use Scope to harass, abuse, or harm others.
3. Diya and AI use
Do not use Diya to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, or to attempt to extract, jailbreak, or misuse the underlying AI.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access for violations, consistent with our Terms and the MSA. We may remove content or revoke credentials obtained through violation of this AUP.
