Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scope, the web application and related services provided by Diyako Tech Innovations Pvt. Ltd. ("Diyako Tech," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Rajasthan, India. For any inquiries about our company, including our registered address, please write to us at support@growyourscope.com. By creating an account or otherwise using Scope (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. By using Scope, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. The Service

Scope is a behavioral skill-training platform built around a Learn → Apply → Prove loop, helping you build and verify practical human skills across four life realms: Work & Career, Health & Energy, Relationships & People, and Purpose & Mind. Features include daily reps, an in-app AI coach ("Diya"), skill verification, and a Verified Skills profile.

We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee that any specific feature will be available permanently.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information when creating your account.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at growyourscope@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

4.1 Free and Plus tiers

Scope offers a Free tier and a paid Plus tier. Feature differences between tiers are described on our pricing page, which may be updated from time to time.

4.2 Billing

Plus subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, as selected by you) through our payment processor, Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle until you cancel.

4.3 Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You may cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain Plus access until then.

4.4 Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact growyourscope@gmail.com and we will review your case in good faith.

4.5 Price changes

We may change our prices from time to time. If we do, we will provide reasonable notice before the change takes effect for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law.
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to falsify your progress or skill verification results.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Diya — Important Notice

Diya is an AI coach designed to support your skill-building journey. Diya is not a licensed therapist, counselor, physician, or other medical or mental health professional, and nothing Diya says constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Please review our separate Diya AI Disclaimer for full details, including guidance on crisis situations. By using Diya, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our IP

The Service, including but not limited to the Grow Your Scope™ brand, the Element Universe framework, the Four Realms model, SPQ (Scope Progress Quotient), the Ritual Stack, ScopeGPT, Diya, and all associated research, methodology, trademarks, and content, is the property of Diyako Tech Innovations Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including patent-pending protection (Application No. 202511086937), registered trademarks, and copyright registrations. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our IP without our prior written consent.

7.2 Your content

You retain ownership of the journal entries, reflections, and other content you create within Scope ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, to generate your progress reports or power Diya's responses to you). We will not sell your User Content or use it to train third-party AI models.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME (INCLUDING SKILL IMPROVEMENT OR VERIFICATION) WILL RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Scope is a self-improvement and skill-training tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIYAKO TECH INNOVATIONS PVT. LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is warranted (e.g., for security or legal reasons).

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by communicating in writing via email to support@growyourscope.com, in good faith and within a reasonable time, without prejudice to either party's underlying legal rights.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
